My stay at the hotel was quite satisfactory overall. The rooms were spacious, well-stocked, and conveniently located for parking, but being a smoking room was a downside. The service was generally friendly and attentive, although there was an issue regarding a refund. The location was scenic and peaceful, but noise from other guests was noticeable due to the ski city environment. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of options, especially the fresh salmon. The facilities were adequate but nothing extraordinary.

The service was exceptional, with staff like Amanda, Mari, and the manager Holly going out of their way to assist. The location was lovely, nestled in the pines felt like a resort, though I found it a bit crowded. The dining experience was better than expected, with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a mixed experience but with some standout positives.
